IT Services are based in six offices spread across the city. Our primary office is in Wellington Square although our services are delivered from our various offices. Due to this we prefer online contact which means we can ensure your query is directed to the appropriate people. Our Wellington Square address is as below.

We operate an in-person Help Centre at our Banbury Road office. Our Help Centre is available from 8:30 to 20:30, where you can get help and advice concerning a wide range of computing issues. The Help Centre also has various computing facilities available for staff and students to use during opening hours. These include computers (Macs and PCs), scanners, printers (colour and black and white) and video editing software.
The Help Centre has space to accommodate users wishing to bring in their own laptops. Such users will also be able to access the wireless network (OWL or eduroam) in the Help Centre (providing they have the right hardware/software on their machines).
Please note: On Friday 29 November 2013, the Resources of Self-Service Printing, Scanning, Windows and Apple Mac machines will be withdrawn.
This does not affect the poster printing service or the help desk. Usage of the self-service facilities has been declining over recent years. IT Services is now considering what type of centralised IT resource would better meet the University’s needs and would like to hear from you.
