Using our Service Catalogue

All of the services offered by IT Services are listed below. You can use the search box on the right to enter words related to the service or type of service you are looking for. The list will automatically update as you type, only showing results that match the terms you are searching for.  Filtering the list in this way can be useful as there are hundreds of services listed in the catalogue.

Each service in the catalogue has a link to further information about that service. These links will direct you to the existing websites of the three  departments that came together to form IT Services; eventually these will transition to a single IT Services website over 2012/13. 

Services are also classified according to the activity they support (administration, core infrastructure, research, and teaching and learning) and also according to who might use them (staff or student). These groupings are found in the tabs along the top of our service catalogue. If you want to see all the services on offer then use the "All" tab.
