The migration of Nexus email accounts to Nexus365 is now over halfway to completion with more than 35,000 accounts transferred to the new service. For most the experience has been positive with the majority of email accounts seamlessly migrating to Nexus365 and the project team has received much positive feedback. However, we recognise that the migration process has not run that smoothly for all and, where there have been issues, we have developed our ways of working to reduce the likelihood of that experience being repeated elsewhere in the collegiate University.
