Local IT support staff

You can get on-the-spot help from your college or department. This should be the first place you go to for IT help. See the University web site for links to college and department web pages.

The IT Service Desk

The central IT Services Service Desk provides front-line user support services for staff and students. You can call the Service Desk on 01865 6 12345 or email. Telephone support is available 24/7. Only current university members are eligible to use the Service Desk, so you will need to have your University Card to hand for identification when contacting us.

In addition to being the first contact point for UAS and Bodleian desktop support, we typically deal with: 

  • Account management issues (passwords, accounts etc)
  • Email, Office 365 and SharePoint advice and information
  • Network and wireless support
  • Incident management – providing support and fixes for your IT problems.
