The IT Service Desk

The IT Services Service Desk in Banbury Road provides front-line user support services for staff and students. Only current university members are eligible to use the Service Desk, so you will need to have your University Card with you for identification when visiting us.

In addition to being the first contact point for UAS and Bodleian desktop support, we typically deal with: 

  • registration issues (passwords, accounts etc)
  • computing advice and information 
  • PC/Macintosh support 
  • repair and upgrade of personal computers

On Monday to Friday, between 8.30am and 4.00pm, we offer booked appointments with a service desk consultant for help and advice on a wide range of computing issues – call 01865 6 12345 to book.
