The Help Centre
The IT Services Help Centre in Banbury Road provides front-line user support services for staff and students. Only current university members are eligible to use the Help Centre, so you will need to have your University Card with you for identification when visiting us.
In addition to being the first contact point for UAS and Bodleian desktop support, we typically deal with:
- registration issues (passwords, accounts etc)
- computing advice and information
- PC/Macintosh support
- repair and upgrade of personal computers
You can call the Service Desk on 01865 6 12345 or contact us via the Help Request Form.
On Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 5.00pm, we offer booked appointments with a service desk consultant for help and advice on a wide range of computing issues – call 01865 6 12345 to book. The evening drop-in service available from 5.30pm to 8.30pm will no longer be available after 23 December 2015 when the telephone Service Desk will be 24/7.
