How is your digital wellness at the moment?

How do you think your use of technology impacts your wellbeing? Good or bad?

Digital wellbeing is about how the internet and technology can make us feel. Technology and the internet should be there to enhance and simplify our lives rather than be a cause of distraction, worry or upset.

Here are some events and resources to help you think about your digital wellness and how you can use technology in a healthy way:

Workshops from the IT Learning Centre

* Note that the marked sessions are presented by staff from FLOWN (https://flown.com), and will include demonstration of their product. FLOWN offers a 30 day free access to any new participant who wants to put the principles discussed into practice.

Video Courses from LinkedIn Learning

Members of Oxford University can use the videos from LinkedIn Learning, free of charge, by giving their Oxford SSO.

Mental Health Awareness Week

This year's theme is anxiety - find out about how you can get involved.

Anxiety is a normal emotion in us all, but sometimes it can get out of control and become a mental health problem.
