If you have problems with your IT accounts – such as a forgotten password – you should be able to solve these through the Manage your Oxford Single Sign-On account or Self-Registration websites. The IT Service Desk
Our central IT Service Desk provides front-line user support services for staff and students.
To contact the Service Desk, phone (01865) 612345 (please have your University Card to hand). Telephone support is available 24/7. You can also contact us online (use SSO) to register your request.
