Research computing and data websites now on Oxweb and OxIntranet

For the first time, digital research computing and support content is available for research staff in one place on the Oxford University-wide intranet (OxIntranet) with additional public-facing content on the redeveloped University website (Oxweb) which launched recently.

By logging into OxIntranet using Single Sign-On (SSO), research staff across the University can access content on the full range of research-related services that support their work. They can also find information about projects, programmes and services relating to the wider Digital Research Portfolio. This content will continue to be developed on the new platforms as the services grow and evolve.

Which sites have moved?

Content from the following research computing and data related sites is moving:

•    Advanced Research Computing – previously https://www.arc.ox.ac.uk/
•    Research Data Pathfinder (part of RDO) – previously https://datapathfinder.web.ox.ac.uk/
•    Reproducible Research Oxford (RROx) – previously https://rr.ox.ac.uk/
•    Research Data Oxford (RDO) – https://researchdata.ox.ac.uk/ (site closing early June 2026)

As most of these services are designed to support research staff, information about them is moving to the For Staff > Research & Innovation section of OxIntranet.

Some also have a public presence on the relaunched Oxweb, showcasing our research computing and research data services to the wider world, with a particular focus on prospective staff and students, partners and collaborators, donors and supporters.
