Helen Taylor
Head of Communications (Digital and IT)
Helen is responsible for communications strategy and implementation across the services overseen by the Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), including IT Services and the Digital Governance Unit (DGU).
Helen joined IT Services in August 2025. She was previously Strategic Change Engagement Manager in the MPLS Divisional Office, having joined the University in 2022 as Divisional Communications Lead for MPLS, before being seconded to UAS to lead the communications for the Vice-Chancellor's Pay & Conditions Review and the Academic Career & Reward Framework (ACRF). Before joining the University, Helen was Head of Communications at the educational charity, Cumberland Lodge.
