The Customer Services Group provides the main central IT support services for the University including the Service Desk, digital skills training, access to site-licensed or discounted software, and managed desktops for staff. We work in partnership with other service departments to support the main business systems and divisional IT functions.
Ian has worked in central IT for Oxford University since 2008 managing support teams including the central Service Desk created in 2014. He previously worked in the commercial sector for a number of ‘blue chip’ organisations.
